Jegan is a software engineer and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience architecting large-scale, mission-critical systems across financial services, quantitative investing, autonomous vehicles, ride-sharing, e-commerce, AI, and defense.

He has led engineering teams building SOX-compliant financial ledgers processing billions of dollars, real-time communications platforms for autonomous fleets, AI-driven products serving tens of thousands of learners, and secure systems for restricted federal satellite communications.

He holds an M.S. in Financial Engineering and a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Most recently he served as CEO of AthlonLearning and as a senior engineer at Scale AI, and previously contributed to software for a restricted satellite communications program at a major defense prime.
